Where regional research meets trade
The HAILA Initiative is a Türkiye-based research and trade advisory practice. We help Turkish manufacturers enter European and Gulf markets, and we publish open research on the regions we work in.
What we do
We work across three connected services. Market Intelligence gives evidence on regional markets, trade and policy. Regulatory and Policy Risk checks what a product must meet and what could change. Export Representation finds buyers and partners and manages the contact with them.
How we work
Every engagement is based on sources, scoped in writing and measured by what it delivers. We combine academic research methods with commercial follow-through, and draw on a network of regional researchers, analysts and trade specialists.
Our name
HAILA takes its name from a woman in the founder's family whose life crossed borders and languages. Her name changed as it passed through generations. That is what this initiative stands for: moving between regions and perspectives, and listening across boundaries before acting.
